Who I Am & How I Work
Hi, I’m Erica Ward, Master of Public Health (MPH) and Licensed Clinical Social Worker–Qualified Supervisor (LCSW-QS). I specialize in working with adults and older teens (15–18) navigating challenges related to ADHD, emotional regulation, and executive functioning.
My approach integrates evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Together, we focus on understanding patterns in thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while building practical skills that support meaningful, lasting change.
Many of the individuals I work with experience ADHD alongside anxiety, trauma-related symptoms, or personality-related patterns that affect relationships, organization, and daily functioning. Our work centers on developing strategies that bring greater clarity, stability, and confidence to everyday life.
My style is direct, compassionate, and practical. Clients often appreciate the balance of structure, humor, and authenticity I bring to our work. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, capable, and in control as you move toward a life that feels stable, purposeful, and aligned with who you want to be.
